Chariese Hall McCoy grew up in Savannah, Georgia in a home filled with love, recipes, and the smell of good food cooking. Her earliest memories include family gatherings around the table and learning that food brings people together in powerful ways.
She answered a second calling when she became a Registered Nurse. Nursing shaped the way she serves people today, with compassion, attentiveness, and excellence.
“When I cook for people, I think about the moment they are experiencing. Whether it is joy, grief, new beginnings, or celebration. I cook with that moment in mind.”
